Baryta carbonica acts on the muscular coats of heart and vessels. It is of clinical aid in arterial fibrosis, aneurysms, vessel ruptures and apoplexy. In cases of enlarged and swollen glands around the ears, this drug has proved to be of great use.
Foetid foot sweat is one of the major indication for using Baryta carbonica. This remedy is also useful in the treatment of Chronic aphonia.
