Types of Worms:
The most common worms that can affect children are:
- Pinworm or Enterobius vermicularis which manifests with itching, irritability, restlessness, insomnia and teeth grinding with nausea and occasional stomach pain in children.
- Whipworm or Trichuris trichuria which presents with vomiting, headache, diarrhoea with blood, inability to control the faecal urge, and weight loss.
- Tapeworm or Taenia infestation presents with nausea, weakness, abdominal pain, loss of appetite or sudden hunger and deficiency in vitamin and mineral.
- Roundworm or Ascaris lumbricoids presents with quick weight loss, fever, wheezing and failure to grow. The worm can also come out via mouth or nose.

Indications : There are certain symptoms common to all worms like bloating, loss of appetite, weight loss, pain in abdomen, diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea, fever, dry cough, anaemia and/or painful urination.

Adults: 2 tablets thrice a day.
